Description
Mansakunohana Junmai Daiginjo Ichidohiiregenshu Diamond Drop is a once-pasteurized, undiluted (genshu) junmai daiginjo from Hinomaru Jozo in Yokote, Akita. Brewed from Yamada Nishiki for the koji rice and Akita Sake Komachi for the main rice, both polished to approximately 45-50%, and bottled without water addition at natural genshu strength, it delivers concentrated fruit-forward aromatics, a rich, layered palate, and a long, clean finish. The single pasteurization retains a vivid freshness rarely found in daiginjo at genshu strength.
