The sake that comes out of the fluttering mouth is gently and mellowly finished by brewing 58%of sake rice and squeezing a wooden tank. The freshly squeezed Ginjo sake was stored raw and bottled. Please enjoy the fruity Ginjo scent and the refreshing taste. ★ A word from the brewer We were very careful about temperature control from yeast and brewed slowly at low temperatures.
