Mandai Honjozo Genteishu is a limited-release Honjozo from Kobayashi Shuzohonten in Fukuoka. Honjozo classification means a small addition of distilled alcohol is used to brighten the aroma and sharpen the finish. As a genteishu (limited edition), it represents a carefully crafted seasonal or special run from the brewery.
