With a small but hand -handed technique, we are making carefully handmade brewing. The raw materials are also made from Fukuoka Prefecture's suitable rice that is suitable for sake brewing "Yamada Nishiki" and "Yumeichi Dedication", and is made in the water of the mountain group, and is made into a local Fukuoka. Please enjoy the sake that has been created to become a sake brewery with its own style.
