Description

The flavor of Yamada Nishiki from the sake brewing is carefully pulled out with a low -temperature hand. It is a mellow type pure rice sake with a soft mouthfeel, a flavor swelling and a cuteness. It is a liquor that is carefully built in Umi -cho, using the rice from Itoshima and the underground water from Sanroyama.
