Maibijin Junmaishu - Junmai sake from Mikawashuzojo, Fukui
Description

Fukui Local Sake Mai Beauty This is a recommended liquor that I would recommend for a daily drink. Although it is a classic pure rice sake, the sake rice is steamed in a Japanese pot and squeezed from a handmade wooden tank from a koji. Dry but delicious taste. Cool in the refrigerator moderately and enjoy a wide range of sake at room temperature.

Kuramoto himself is working on sake brewing as a forest. We value the old -fashioned sake tools and perform the full amount of "wooden tanks). The sake quality is a rich and rich type.
