Description

It is an unfiltered raw sake that was brewed in 2018 by a local sake dance beauty in Fukui, and was bottled with almost no modification after squeezed in a wooden tank (Kibune). Sake rice 5 million stones from Fukui Prefecture in our own company, and we did not add yeast at all with "Kura Yeast". It is a liquor that feels the elegant and swelling of 5 million stones while having the sourness of mountain abandoned. Since it is a raw brew, please drink as soon as possible after the plot of storage in the refrigerator.
