Description
A dry Junmai Daiginjo with a sake meter value (SMV) of around +8. It offers a touch of rice-derived sweetness on the palate, yet finishes crisp and clean—making it a sake you won’t tire of. It pairs well not only with Japanese cuisine but also with a variety of other dishes. As a seasonal limited release, we offer the “Nakagumi Nama” in spring and the “Nakagumi Hiire” in autumn each year.

Sakaroku Sake Brewing Co.,Ltd.
Ehime
The first generation Shigeichiro Sakai integrated five breweries and started. At that time, I named it "Sake Roku" one by one from the last name and name of my father, Rokjuro Sakai.
In 1975, he welcomed Mr. Jin, and worked on Tanrei dry pure rice and Daiginjo, which was rare in the prefecture at the time.
