Kanjuku Yuzuume from Kyouhimeshuzo in Fushimi, Kyoto, is a liqueur combining ripe yuzu with ume plum in a sake base. The pairing of yuzu's aromatic citrus brightness with the tartness of ume creates a layered, refreshing liqueur from the historic Fushimi brewing district.
