Description
Kanjuku Yuzulemon from Kyouhimeshuzo in Fushimi, Kyoto, is a liqueur using the juice of seven ripe yuzu and two lemons per bottle, resulting in a punchy, layered citrus character with aromatic yuzu fragrance, bright lemon acidity, and a rich, deep aftertaste. Bottled at 7 to 8% alcohol, it is designed to be enjoyed on the rocks or diluted with sparkling water.
