Description

Hokkaido's own Ginpuu rice, polished to 55%, is the foundation of this junmai from Mashike. Brewed with the soft snowmelt water of Shokanbetsu-dake, it delivers a round, rice-forward umami with restrained acidity and a clean, dry finish that reflects the region's cold fermentation conditions.

Kunimare Sake Brewery

Kunimare Sake Brewery

Hokkaido
Kuniki was born from the growing area, which flourished as a crannal place for herring fishing since the late Edo period. It was the founding that we started making sake for the Yang people working at the fishing grounds. Mashimashiri, which has long been blessed with good quality water, is known as a place where Kita -mae ships prefer to replenish drinking water. "Kuniki" is a sake that has been raised by the rich nature and the products of the Sannai products. Ishizo and stores in the Meiji and Taisho era, which are caught in the historic cityscape, are nostalgic and calm. We will continue to make sake with our heart so that many people can be patronized as a hairy local sake. Please drop in.
