Description

Omachi rice polished to 55% gives this junmai ginjo a transparent, measured sweetness with a clean ginjo aroma that opens gently on the palate. Brewed using spring water from Mt. Byobuzan in Mizunami, Gifu, it shows the characteristic sharp finish of the Kozaemon lineup.
