Description
Koshinobairi Sukkiri Karakuchi Umeshu is a crisp, dry-style plum liqueur from DHC Shuzo in Kita-ku, Niigata City. Using the clean brewing water and sake base of this Niigata brewery (founded as Oguro Shuzo in 1908, acquired by DHC in 2014), this umeshu pursues a lighter, refreshingly dry profile compared to traditional sweet plum liqueurs.
