Kokuryu Ishidaya

Kokuryu Ishidaya - Junmai Daiginjo sake from Kokuryu Sake Brewing, Fukui
Description

The pale emerald green has a crystal shine. From the liquid surface where the bronze color feels depth, the tension and gentle scent are first transmitted, and the citrus, honey dumelon, white peach, loquat, and a modest but scented tone. 。 You can also feel lemongrass, bite, stunning, time, lotus, and walnuts. In addition, the minerals of cold snow melting water are added, and the seasons are almost as if the glass of the scent, as if there were four seasons in the glass. There is a centripetal force that is drawn in at a stretch from the moment you touch your mouth, and the diverse flavor is densely mixed. Despite the speedy swelling and spread, it has a soft and delicate texture that wraps the whole fluffy, and the sourness that comes out as you go deeper, covers the mouth. It seems that it is creating a state without resistance, but here too, the balance between strength and kindness is exquisite and comfortable. The spread and depth of the lingering sounds seem to last forever, and I feel warmth in the extremely dignified.
