Description

Gohyakumangoku rice at 55% polishing is brewed with the Shizuoka yeast lineage pioneered at this 200-year-old Fukuroi brewery, giving a crisp, dry character with SMV +9 and low acidity of 1.2. Elegant fragrance spreads from the glass, and the sake holds up equally well served cold or warm.
