Description
Koikawa Junmai Ginjo Dewasansan Minamisanrikucho Fukkoshien is a charity and support expression from Koikawa Shuzo, brewed with Dewasansan rice in solidarity with Minamisanriku, a coastal Miyagi town devastated by the 2011 tsunami. The Fukkoshien (recovery support) designation means proceeds contribute to rebuilding efforts in the affected region. Beyond its social purpose, it delivers a clean, floral Junmai Ginjo built on Yamagata's Dewasansan rice character.
