Description
Kitanonishiki Junmainamachozoshu Norenraberu is a nama-chozoshu (once-pasteurized on bottling only) Junmai from Kobayashishuzo in Hokkaido, stored unpasteurized to develop complexity before final heating. This aging method, known as namazume or nama-chozo depending on when heat is applied, bridges the freshness of namazake with the depth of matured sake. The Noren (curtain) label marks a distinct tier within the Kitanonishiki lineup.

Kobayashishuzo Co.,Ltd.
Hokkaido
The company was founded in 1873. For a long time, we have been pursuing an answer to the question, "What is local sake that can only be made in Hokkaido?" The trademark "Kita no Nishiki" describes the desire to decorate the Nishiki in Hokkaido, and the pioneering soul supported the high -priced demand for coal mine. Hold the storehouse in Sorachi, which is one of the major production areas of rice, and be loved as a local sake in the local sake with 100%specific names based on the quality rather than the quantity, and "all of the creators, rice, and water are Hokkaido". We are trying to make our best sake brewing.
