Daiginjo from Kitanokatsu, released in limited quantities each December after approximately one year of low-temperature aging from Japan's easternmost sake brewery, founded in 1887 in Nemuro, Hokkaido. Made with premium Yamada Nishiki, it has won the gold prize at the National New Sake Competition three times.
