Kitanohana Junmai Ginjo is a pure rice ginjo from Kitanohana Shuzojo in Fukushima, combining the purity of the junmai standard with the delicate aromatics achieved by milling rice to at least 40 percent. Fukushima has earned numerous awards at national sake competitions, and this expression reflects the prefecture's emphasis on clean, aromatic brewing. The ginjo grade's characteristic floral and fruity notes are expressed within a composed, well-structured body.
