Description

Honjozo namagenshu made from Shikaraba Nishiki rice at 70% polish, bottled undiluted and unpasteurized at Yukawa Shuzo in the high-altitude Kiso region of Nagano. The raw, undiluted format amplifies the freshness and slightly elevated alcohol character inherent to this cold-climate mountain brewery.
