Kisoji Honjouzou - Honjozo sake from Yukawa Shuzoten Co.,Ltd, Nagano
Description

Honjozo made with Shikaraba Nishiki rice polished to 70% at Yukawa Shuzo, a brewery founded in 1650 in the Kiso district of Nagano at 936 meters elevation. The light, clean mouthfeel and crisp, somewhat dry finish reflect the cold mountain climate and soft Kiso River water used in production.
