Description

It is a Junmai Daiginjo of "Traditional x Innovation", which has been invented in the late Edo period and has been spun into modern times in the latest ginjo brewing. As a challenge for the first year of the present, it was exhibited in a public review and received a reputation. It will be aged for one year at the ice temperature and will be released when the scent and taste are in harmony.
