Kintora Junmai - Junmai sake from Kintora Co,Ltd, Aichi
Description

Wakamizu and other rice varieties polished to 60% make up this junmai from a Nagoya brewery that has maintained Echigo-style brewing since its 1845 founding. The brewing approach prioritizes clarity and transparency, resulting in a gentle, faintly sweet-and-tart midsection that fades cleanly.

Since I started the sake brewery at Yamada Village at the entrance of Zenkoji Kaido in the second year of Kosa, I have been making handmade sake brewing. As one of the few sake breweries in Nagoya, we have been patronized by local people.
