Gohyakumangoku and other rice polished to 70% form this hatsushibori from Kintora in Nagoya, Aichi, the brewery's seasonal first-pressing of the new sake year. Kintora is one of the few remaining sake breweries in Nagoya, using clean Kisogawa water for this fresh, celebratory seasonal release.
