Description

A full -fledged plum wine in which the plums of the local Chita Peninsula are pickled in Junmai Ginjo Sake of Golden Shaku. All raw materials are domestically produced. The mellow taste and sweetness of Junmai Ginjo harmonize with the sourness of the plums, making it a rich plum wine. It is a plum wine that is easy to match with meals because it is based on sake. Cool it well, go straight to an aperiture, and eat at room temperature. Even hot plum wine during the cold season. Like the sake brewing of the golden light, it is a gentle flavored plum wine that is carefully pickled by hand. The harvested plum was carefully selected one by one and was gently washed so that it could not scratch it. The pickle of each grain of the plum was prepared in a small tank and aged so that there was no difference.
