Description
Kikuzakari Junmaigenshu Shamurokku Origarami is an unfiltered, undiluted junmai from Kikuzakarishuzo in Iwate, released with fine rice particles still suspended in the liquid, giving it a characteristic cloudy appearance and textured mouthfeel. Shamurokku references a shamrock motif, adding a playful international twist to this traditionally produced sake. The genshu designation means no water has been added after pressing, resulting in a higher alcohol concentration and intensified flavor.
