Takizawa Brewing Company,Ltd.

Saitama
Founded in Ogawamachi, Saitama Prefecture in 3rd year. In the Meiji 33, we sought the interests of the earth and the water, and set up a warehouse along the highway of Fukaya -juku, Nakayama road. Since then, it has been a symbol of brick chimney, which is over 20 meters high, and has been familiar as a local sake in Fukaya for many years. In 1997, Hideyuki Takizawa, the sixth generation head, took over the predecessor, Nanbu -no -Mori, and became a bori. Based on the inherited tradition, we continue to challenge while incorporating new technologies and values. With handmade innovation, we have been focusing on full -fledged sparkling sake development in recent years.
