Kichiju Honjozoshu is a honjozo from Yoshizaki Shuzo in Kimitsu, Chiba, a brewery tracing its origins to 1624 and regarded as the oldest in the prefecture. Brewed with soft water from the Kururi springs, it delivers a clean, understated sake character suited to daily food pairing.
