Description

Kichiju Honjozogenshu is an undiluted honjozo from the 1624-founded Yoshizaki Shuzo in Kimitsu, Chiba, pressed at 70% polishing and bottled without water addition. The genshu bottling preserves the natural alcohol and flavor concentration of the mash, giving it more body than the standard honjozo.
