Kazesayuru Junmai Ginjo Jukusei Genshu translates to 'wind-rustling,' pairing the outdoor imagery of the name with a matured, undiluted (genshu) junmai ginjo from Hamamatsu Shuzo in Shizuoka. The jukusei (aged) designation indicates deliberate cellaring to develop a rounder, more complex character beyond what fresh-pressed sake offers. Produced at the Tenjingura brewery founded in 1871 using Shizuoka yeast and Homarefuji rice, it represents a richer, deeper counterpart to the brewery's fresh-release genshu styles.
