Kawatsuru Junmai Daiginjo Fukuroduri Tobindori Namagenshu is pressed by the shizuku (gravity drip) method using suspended cloth bags, collecting only the most delicate, freely flowing sake without any mechanical pressing. Bottled unpasteurized and undiluted from Kagawa, this is an ultra-premium expression where every aspect of production is optimized to capture the purest, most transparent expression of the daiginjo style.
