Kawatsuru Sanuki Cloudy - Honjozo sake from Kawatsuru sake brewery Co.,Ltd, Kagawa
Description

Kawatsuru Sanuki Cloudy is a honjozo nigori brewed using white koji, the same koji strain used in shochu production, polished to 70% and bottled at just 6% alcohol. The white koji generates high lactic acid content, giving the sake a creamy, yogurt-like tartness that was originally conceived to pair with Kagawa's regional specialty of bone-in fried chicken.

Taste like “calpico” juice. Very sweet and easy to drink. Recommend for beginners.
