Description
This muroka genshu namazake junmai daiginjo from Shusen Kurano blends Miyama Nishiki polished to 49% with an equal measure of Yamada Nishiki polished to 35%, then undergoes six months of low-temperature aging before release. The result is a pineapple-and-tropical-fruit aroma, a firm sweetness with restrained acidity, and a clean, balanced finish.
