A tokubetsu honjozo from a Niigata brewery founded in 1866, winner of the International Wine Challenge Trophy in the honjozo category at its first entry in 2013. The sake expresses the characteristic Katafune profile of round sweetness and rich umami balanced by a clean finish, using naturally filtered underground water from coastal Joetsu sand dunes.
