A daiginjo (tobinshiyo) from a Niigata brewery founded in 1866, drawn in small quantities from a single tank reserved for competitions and premium bottlings. The house style favors rich, round sweetness balanced by a clean finish. The brewing water is naturally filtered underground water from coastal sand dunes in Joetsu, Niigata.
