Description
Kasen Oboshi is a table-grade sake from Okamura Honke, a brewery founded in 1854 in Toyosato, Shiga, by order of the Ii clan of Hikone. The house uses only Omi-grown rice sourced within ten kilometers of the kura, pressed through traditional wooden-tank bag pressing for a gentle, low-bitterness finish.
