Description

A junmai from this Shiga brewery drawing on cold-filtered spring water from the Suzuka mountain range and locally grown rice. The brewery's long tradition since 1872 in the Ishibeshi post town of the Tokaido highway underpins a sake once called the silent sake for the way its quality made locals keep it to themselves.
