Kannihonkai Supakuringutsuyahime is a sparkling sake from Nihonkai Shuzo in Hamada, Shimane, brewed at a 70% polishing ratio. The brewery, founded in 1888 on the Japan Sea coast, uses Chugoku Mountain spring water and cold-brewing techniques to produce its range of sake.
