Kannihonkai Ginjoshu is a ginjo from Nihonkai Shuzo in Hamada, Shimane, combining Yamada Nishiki and Gohyakumangoku rice polished to 58%. Produced using the winter cold-brewing method with Chugoku Mountain water, it exemplifies the clean, food-friendly style the brewery has maintained since 1888.
