Description
Kan Nihonkai is the flagship label of a brewery founded in 1888 on the Sea of Japan coastline of Hamada, western Shimane. Using Gohyakumangoku grown under contract with local Yasakacho farmers, the lineup is unified by a clean, dry finish across all grades from daiginjo to junmai.
