Brewed with Hitomebore rice from Iwate, this tokubetsu honjozo carries the regional label Kokka-no-Kaori, a name associated with Kamihei Shuzo's longest-standing product line dating back generations. Soft local spring water from the Rokkoushi mountain foothills provides the brewing water base.
