Description

Tono-Kappa-no-Nusumizake, whose name playfully invokes the river sprites of Tono's famous folk tales, is one of Kamihei Shuzo's regionally themed labels. The brewery, founded in the late Edo period and the last operating sake producer in Tono, uses locally sourced ingredients and soft mountain spring water.
