Description

Josen-grade kokka genshu from Kamihei Shuzo in Tono, Iwate, is bottled undiluted at natural fermentation strength. The brewery, operating since 1789 in the folklore-rich Tono basin, draws on soft spring water from Rokugōushi Mountain and the cool Iwate climate to produce genshu with concentrated rice character.
