Hana Fubuki and Mutsu Homare, two Aomori-native sake rices, are polished to 55% for this tokubetsu junmai from Kuroishi, brewed entirely by hand under the Tsugaru toji tradition. Crisp and dry on the palate with a soft entry, it reflects the brewery's commitment to producing all labels at junmai grade or above.
