Aoki Shuzo, established in 1717 in the snow-heavy Uonuma region of Niigata, has earned gold medals at the Japan National Sake Competition in multiple years including 2010, 2011, 2013, 2014, and 2016. This daiginjo is crafted with Yamadanishiki rice from Hyogo, polished to 48%, delivering pronounced aromas of melon and tropical fruit alongside the refined, silky texture that defines the Kakurei brand.

Aoki Sake Brewery's sake, which is represented by "crane -age", is created by the various grace of the snowy country and the traditional technique of Echigo Mori. Among the Niigata sake, which has many "Tanrei dry", we will aim to make the sake brewing of "Tanrei -kuchi", which leaves the original taste of sake rice, and inherits the taste for the next 100 years.
