Description
Kachizuru Hakujuku is an exceptionally rare aged namagenshu from Kachizuru Shuzo in Ehime, matured for 30 years before release. Long-aged sake develops deep amber color and complex flavors of dried fruit, nuts, and caramel through the extended maturation process, and the namagenshu base means it was never pasteurized or diluted prior to aging.
