Junmai from Suishin Yamane Honten in Mihara, Hiroshima, brewed with Yamada Nishiki polished to 60% using ultra-soft water from the Buna no Megumi spring at the base of Takanosu Mountain. The resulting sake has a vivid pear-like aroma, a gently sweet entry, and a clean, pleasant finish reflecting Hiroshima's soft-water brewing tradition.
