Description

Junmai Ginjo Usunigori Namagenshu Asao no Sakura is a seasonal, lightly cloudy (usunigori) raw genshu released under the Asao brand by Hasamaya Sake Brewery in Kurihara City, Miyagi Prefecture. Bottled as an unfiltered, unpasteurized nama genshu, it retains lively acidity and a fresh, slightly rough texture that evokes the energy of spring. The faint nigori imparts a subtle sweetness and creamy mouthfeel to this cherry-blossom season limited release.
