Takayama Sakura is a junmai daiginjo from Oitashuzouten in Gifu prefecture, named after the historic mountain city of Takayama, where the brewery operates. Rice is polished to 50% or below and brewed without added alcohol, producing a premium sake with elegant floral aromas and a refined, clean body. The sakura theme evokes the seasonal beauty of Hida-Takayama, where cherry blossoms are a celebrated local tradition.
