Genshu (undiluted) table sake from Yoshino Shuzo in Chiba, brewed with locally grown Koshihikari rice. The brewery, founded in 1830 and guided by Nanbu-toji traditions, uses soft mountain spring water to achieve a clean, no-frills character suited for daily drinking.

The motto is "make good sake with a good environment". It uses clear natural water that springs out of the vast private land, and inherits traditional sake brewing. A regular winner of the Gold Award. Recently famous as a TV location.
